In the first stage of the project, apartment buildings will be constructed, designed by Studio Architektoniczne Kwadrat, in which 136 spacious apartments with a unique view of Długie Pobrzeże, the Crane and Motława will be located. The ground floor of each building will be filled with commercial and service facilities, and with a view to improve the residents' well-being, the Holy Spirit footbridge is being built, which will facilitate direct communication between the island and the Old Town.
The culmination of this stage is the construction of a modern hotel, designed by the world-class architectural studio RKW from Düsseldorf. A total of 240 rooms, conference rooms, restaurants and service and trade facilities will provide the highest comfort to guests coming to Gdańsk for tourism or business purposes. From the viewing terrace, located 30 metres up, they will be able to admire the beauty of Gdańsk's Old Town, the mouth of the Motława River and yachts moored in the marina.
At the same time, works are being carried out to improve communication within the island, such as reconstruction of the Stągiewny Bridge, modernisation of the road system and construction of a two-storey underground parking garage beneath the buildings.
